Today, we're excited to tell you more about our transition from Knkt DAO to CeLatam, which represents more than a rebranding - it reaffirms our dedication to fostering grassroots innovation in Latin America.

Named after the Esperanto word "Konekti," meaning "to connect," Knkt DAO embodied our mission to bring developers, entrepreneurs, and opportunities together to nurture and grow the Celo ecosystem in LatAm.

As we reflected on the impact we aim to make, we realized that our vision extends beyond connection, encompassing a commitment to resilience, sustainability, innovation, and diversity, while still closely rooted in Celo's purpose. From strategy to team, from vision to action, Knkt DAO underwent a transformative journey that led to a rebranding, emerging as CeLatam,  clearly representing our focus on Latin America and our grassroots approach.
