CeLatam and Celo Camp: Startup Pathway Empowering Latin American Web3 Builders

We are thrilled to promote the launch of the Startup Pathway program, designed to take your Web3 project to new heights. This free online program, by Celo Camp, is tailored for founders and builders crafting cutting-edge Web3 solutions on the Celo platform. CeLatam has translated the course content from English to Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, removing language barriers that often prevent many users from accessing relevant content. Our translation effort is a step towards democratizing access to valuable knowledge, empowering the LatAm community to thrive in the Web3 space.

The “Launch Your Web3 Project in 30 Days” Challenge

The Startup Pathway program invites you to join the “Launch Your Web3 Project in 30 Days” challenge. This journey provides the focus and resources needed to take your project from idea to MVP and beyond. Participants will have the opportunity to test their base assumptions, build an MVP, meet global entrepreneurs, receive technical support, and pitch their projects to the Upright team. Equity-free grants of up to $25,000 are available for participants meeting the specified criteria.

Who Should Join?

If you are building an open-source project or planning to integrate with Celo, this program is for you. Designed for both early-stage and established companies, the curriculum leverages five years of experience advising Web3 startups. The program is fully remote and open to participants worldwide, focusing on projects with real-world impact.

Prizes and Eligibility

Up to three of the best open-source project submissions will win 500 CELO. Additional prizes include a 25,000 cUSD grant from Prezenti and a 4,918 CELO prize pool from Talent Protocol. To be eligible, your project must be open-source, built on Celo, and you must participate in the August 5th pitch session and submit your project by August 12, 2024.

By doing so, we aim to create an inclusive environment where individuals can learn, exchange ideas, and develop their projects without language being an obstacle.
