The thriving digital frontier of Web3 is seeing remarkable growth in Latin America, thanks to initiatives like the incubator program Celo Incuba, promoted by Colledge and CeLatam.
Celo Incuba is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to selected startups over a 12-week intensive program, aiming to nurture the next wave of innovative startups in the region. This initiative focuses on key areas such as market potential analysis, business model refinement, launch strategies, and legal compliance. Additionally, the program emphasizes funding strategies to help startups accelerate their growth.
This third edition continues the legacy of our previous collaborations between Colledge and the Celo Foundation, embracing a broader ambition under CeLatam's guidance and vision.

CeLatam's strong belief in the region's potential is evidenced by its ongoing commitment to Celo Incuba. "We aim to be a pivotal force in supporting entrepreneurs to launch globally scalable Web3 startups," said Cristóbal Pereira, CEO of Colledge and Partnerships & Activations Lead at CeLatam. Camila Rioja, CeLatam’s Lead mentioned “we are proud of how far we came together. The start-ups crossing the finishing line have shown commitment and growth, and we are excited about their next steps. From a CeLatam point of view, we understand the investment paid off and look forward to growing the program to more regions in LatAm as a proven tool to accelerate innovation”.
Celo Incuba is not just an incubator; it's a critical component of CeLatam’s roadmap leading to the establishment of our Venture Studio (read more in our Season 0 Report). Each milestone allows us to evolve and better support the burgeoning innovation ecosystem in Latin America.
